Who's Welcome:
New and developing actors ready to understand the craft beyond memorizing lines and delivering a performance. No prior experience is required, only a genuine desire to learn.
Class Description:
Through character development, script scoring, scene study, and practical acting techniques, actors learn to make intentional, truthful choices. This is a place to study the work, explore different approaches, receive direction, and discover what works through repetition and experience. Our room is a safe place to explore, but it is also a place for those who are serious about learning.
What's Expected of You:
Preparation and scene study outside of class
Openness to correction and direction
A willingness to take risks and fail
Commitment to learning and practicing the craft
Respect for the room and the work
Who's Welcome:
New and developing actors who recognize their potential and are ready to move beyond memorizing lines into understanding the work that makes a performance truthful, compelling, and their own.
Class Description:
The program follows a six-week structure, with the freedom to study at your own pace and revisit the work long after completing the program. This self-paced certificate program guides actors through six stages of character development, exploring script analysis, emotional honesty, and the choices behind compelling performances.
Through prerecorded lessons, practical demonstrations, and a guided workbook, you'll develop a process that strengthens your technique, deepens your understanding of character, and builds confidence in your work
What's Expected of You:
Consistent engagement with the video lessons and workbook
Openness to discovering and challenging your creative habits
Completion of the guided exercises and performance assignments
A commitment to developing a process you can carry into future roles
Who's Welcome:
Working actors, whether currently active in the industry or returning to the craft with a desire to sharpen their work. For those with experience who know there is another level to achieve. We do not ask that you know everything, we simply expect a willingness to go further.
Class Description:
We move beyond foundational instruction into individualized coaching, with an emphasis on intrapersonal characterization, emotional depth, and complex scene work. Actors refine their ability to make specific choices, trust their preparation, and connect truthfully with their scene partner, the camera, and everyone in the room.
What's Expected of You:
Openness and emotional vulnerability
Preparation and commitment outside of class
A willingness to receive direction and take risks
Readiness to examine and leave behind familiar habits
Trust in your instincts and the work you've prepared
